Cleanliness

Nasir, the room attendant, kept everything spotless with daily cleaning, fresh towels, linens, and bath amenities.

Service

Omar at reception was very helpful with the e-tab registration, and staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Location

Favorable location within walking distance to Gurney Plaza and delicious food from Hawker Centres and eateries.

Room Quality

The interior felt outdated, reminiscent of the 1990 s, but the suite was spacious and comfortably furnished.

Amenities

Facilities were adequate, although some technologies were outdated, like the television.

Value for Money

Overall good value but affected by certain outdated amenities.
